It has been a quite long time and I am here writing on something.
I am having good days but with ups and downs. Yes, without such ups and downs there is no fun in living the life.
Anyway, I am here for some reason, hope it reaches to you all.
We, we are humans.. Animals with emotions and intellect.. Those emotions can take control over you completely. Sometimes, it is good to think from heart and sometimes by brain, but the decision goes well if there is a great coordination between heart and brain.
We, having emotions, can come across negative emotions as well. And those are jealousy, sadness, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, anger, hopelessness and many more.
Today I would like to talk on jealousy only, because it is the most common emotion we all face in our lives. You need ultimate peace of mind to overcome jealousy. But here I am going to share some basic thing by which a jealousy can be avoided.
First of all, ask yourself, what is jealousy?
(Google it and you can get the exact definition.)
Here, I consider that we know what it is.
How to get rid of it?
I have already mentioned it is a negative emotion which can hamper your success.
If you ask me whether I get this feeling or not, I would say, yes, sometimes I get it but you know, it lasts for just few seconds.
One single thought leads to the process of thinking and it goes on. To hinder this, one must not have any thought; practically impossible, right?
When you start getting the feeling of envy or something like that, think of yourself.
YOU GET JEALOUS WHEN YOU DOUBT ON YOUR OWN CAPABILITIES.
I have faith in myself that even if I lose the battle today, I would get up the very next moment, practice real hard and fight without thinking about the results. This keeps me going!
The conclusion here is,
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF WHAT "YOU CAN NOT DO";
THINK WHAT ALL "YOU CAN DO" !
DO NOT LOOK AT OTHERS WHAT THEY ARE PURSUING;
LOOK AT YOURSELF WHAT YOU ARE LEARNING NEW TODAY!
DO NOT BE ASHAMED OF FAILURE;
BE ASHAMED OF NOT FIGHTING BACK AGAIN!
KEEP GOING,
KEEP LEARNING,
KEEP EXPLORING,
and
WAIT FOR THAT DAY
WHEN
YOUR STRUGGLE WILL BE SOMEONE'S MOTIVATION !
