You get what you deserve!

Have you ever thought about the things which you get in your real life?
They can be good - bad, success - failure and what not.
Here I want to pen down things what I firmly believe in.
"YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE !"

Perhaps, there are two thought processes can go in your head.
1. I will get what I deserve! I don't need to go an extra mile to achieve something.
2. I should get what I deserve, but how?

Alright!
If you're thinking in this way then this post is for you!

Everyone is struggling today. Reasons are different, priorities they give to those things are different.
But people want one thing in their life is "Success"!

You must always be wondering about those people around you getting the taste of that success and you might be working really harder than them but not getting anything in return.

Q.How do they achieve it?

- THEY DESERVE IT!

The answer lies with you only and if anyone can do about is then that's only YOU!
No person can do that for you.

For example,

If you want more salary or money in your life, try to make yourself that knowledgeable in that field so that no one can touch that height by investing in gaining knowledge! You will get good returns because whatever amount as a salary you get, YOU DESERVE THAT!

If you want more marks, try to do some changes in your study habits! Difficult in the beginning but guaranteed good returns! You will get good marks, YOU DESERVE THAT!

If you want to make your relationship happy without fights and quarrels (be it with anyone in your life), try to stay happy from within! The world will take care of the rest. You will be happy with that person, YOU DESERVE THAT!

Small changes in day to day life can create a huge impact and that impact will take you to other level which you have never imagined.

Make yourself capable, work hard towards that and then say "I DESERVED THAT!".

And there is no harm in knowing your own self so deeply! :)

Why do you need a mentor?

Hello All,
Good day to everyone.
I am not feeling to motivate you today because already these days are bliss because of Diwali and students have vacation, employees get holidays, and people travel to their natives and what not. You all must be having wonderful time and that is the reason why I will not motivate you  but would tell the importance of that one person is our lives and that is "The Mentor".
Everyone needs a person in their lives to whom they can be emotionally attached but many people lack the sense of having a mentor in their own lives.
No one is perfect.. No one on this Earth can be perfect!
Everyone faces ups and downs in their lives, even I have been through a lot and I will be in such worse and challenging situations...
I have got to know the value of that person in my life and thus this post is dedicated to him.
You call him your coach, guide, mentor, consultant or whatsoever, the person will always be there with you no matter what.
Even I have this mentor in my life who guides me every other time.
But....
A few days back, I had lost the real identity and was searching for a mentor. I have friends, good friends, best friends...but a mentor is someone who has seen you from so long and knows the exact potentials which are hidden in you and you are unaware of, he has the right to be bitter and he will not say good to you unless you reach to zenith.
Sir Ramakanth Acharekar never ever appreciated Mr. Sachin Tendulkar's game. The world used to appreciate but he never did. Why was this? The reason is that Coach knew Mr. Tendulkar was not made for such small appreciations! Likewise, every mentor, coach will never appreciate you but will wait for the perfect moment to do that and for that one should have a thing called PATIENCE!
A mentor might not be there with you in every circumstances but he will always have an eye on you to protect you from difficult situations.
There is a condition, a real mentor will be there when you remember him.
In Mahabharta, Draupadi needed help and she was asking everyone to help her but no one could do that. And Lord Krishna, what she was seeking he already knew! When she asked him why did not he come forward to help her as he already knew the situation she was in, he calmly answered that she did not remember him when he was her family and a guide too. That is the role of mentors. They will be  there when you remember them.
The importance of having him in your life you will realize when you have one.
I am not mentioning here who that person is or who that person can be...
It is you who have to select for yourself to make your life prettier than what it is today.
I am grateful for that person to have in my life who has actually created me and after my parents and a brother, he is there in my prayers. There are people who ask me how I manage everything, the answer lies here in this blogpost! I am blessed!
Happy Diwali to one and all :)
I wish you get that person in your life real soon and God bless such people!

Loads of love,
Aarati Jagdale
